We are a member of The Nigeria Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers (NIESV) and registered to practice in Nigeria by the Estate Surveyors and Valuers registration board of Nigeria (ESVARBON) and the Corporate Affairs Commission in Accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
The firm was established on the 23rd of November 2005 by Mr. Sabastine Chidi Nwakwuoke its founder and Managing Partner. He is a Graduate of Estate Management and a Registered Surveyor & Valuer. He also holds a Master's Degree in Project Management from the University of Lagos, Nigeria.
As an emerging firm, our strong client-driven vision to excel in the field of Estate Surveying and valuation is being anchored on the wide range expertise and experience gain by our Managing Partner and a team of Consultants spanning over 22 years in the field of Estate Surveying and Valuation. Our Managing Partner had previously worked in the Estate Surveying and Valuation Firms of Chuku Ude & Partners (where he served for 3 years) and Omosigho, Omorodion & Partners where he meritoriously served for 9 years and rose to the position of Branch Manager Lagos Office.
